The Crew exists on thE ascii scene since 7. September 1998. In this day we (Fighter and Gemini (later The Shepherd)) decided to create new group. The main roole was: there is no rools. We had not looked for publics,we don't care even now if sombody like our azkee or not. The collections were released in long delays, but we made allowance for the atmosfere and the new idea in every coolie.

        We had some standards in old schoolascii, but we wanted to do something new, oryginal, something free. Yes! ascii gave us piece of freedom. In this little arts made by putting together few letters are feelings, ideas, experiments, lots of hours spent knocking on keyboard, also friends, parties and the fun.

        The name CREW entangled in my mind for some time. There is already a group in Poland using this name. They plays a rock-metal-hip-hop like music, but it's no important provided they become very popular and made a publicity 4 us. Why i like this name? It sounds undergroundy (like our products are) and has two meanings: reading in polish [krew] it means blood - a symbol of agony of life and death, reading in english it means a group of people aspirating to their common purpose
